Warm-up – the basis of training
A good warm-up is the basis for a good workout. It happens, however, that people who are not very experienced forget about it, which results in: low-performance training, and moreover, sores and – worse – injuries. A properly performed warm-up allows you to burn more calories and improve your physical condition. Remember that solid warming up of muscles should last a minimum of 10 minutes.
Too intensive training
There is one important rule in training and sport: longer, not more effective. Many amateurs do not know her and force their body by spending a few hours at the gym. The intensity of each workout should be adjusted to the strength of the body.
