Shop shelves are yielding from these types of products but they are contain a lot of dyes, food preservatives and others chemical additives.

We can also prepare this type of drinks at home. We need only a few components. Here’s the exact recipe for homemade isotonic drinks.
To prepare a serving of the drink we need
– 200 ml of orange concentrate or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
This ingredient gives flavor to our drink. You can also use other juices or for example green tea.
– pinch of salt – Necessary in our recipe, it can be iodized or marine. Sodium contained in isotonic drinks prevents the formation of muscle cramps.
– 1 liter of water- Preferably mineral or spring – but not carbonated. Also, do not cool the water in the fridge because it will be best absorbed by the room temperature.
– one spoon of sugar- you can turn it into two spoons of honey, but do not use artificial sweeteners
